Bike is Sold.
Life has a way of throwing you a curve ball every now and then. And so it has come for the time in my life to face that curve ball.
A few months ago I acquired my first KTM, and what a pleasure she has been thus far. Due to changes in our life we are now faced with the daunting task of packing up and moving across the waters. Transfer is in progress and we need to start wrapping up our lives here.
After thinking about the pros and cons we have decided that the KTM must stay in Africa, and get to enjoy the pleasure of the thousands of kilometers of dirt road that I could not take her on.

Scratch protection film on tenks
SW Motech Crashbars (Just redone into KTM Orange)
Trax Topbox
Thundercan Exhausts
Spotlight wiring and Spots (Took them (Spots) off when I redid the bars and haven't put the back yet, wiring still in place)
Recently fitted new waved Brake disk and new pads rear
New Supersprox sprockets front and back with new chain fitted 300km ago
Mandatory Rim tape fitted.
Pirelli Scorpions on front and back, Done around 2500km and still in very good cond.
Spare Keys etc all available
New Battery fitted two months ago
I know of two falls with the bike, not my doing though (Some scratches still evident on the pillion foot peg). In the last few months I have had her she only did around 2500km of which only around 120km was on dirt. She is mechanically sound and seems to have had al the services etc that was required. I know that the water pump seal was replaced just before I took delivery.
All in all she has been an absolute pleasure, but where we are going I would have to spend way too much to get her "Legal" taking into account their laws around vehicles.
