2009 CRF 450 X info needed

Good morning all

So I'm looking around to buy a plastic, and found a rather decent condition 2009 Honda CRF 450 X. Priced at around 40k

Can the experts help with info regarding issues on these models, what to look out for, and just usual maintenance rituals I need to know of?

The intended use is some social off-road races, and practicing some skills to be better at taking the AT further without damaging it.
