2010 F650GS Not turning over. Help!!

So after not being able to ride for about 9 days due to being busy, tried starting my bike today. The display comes on, headlights and indicators work fine, no warning symbols on dash, kill switch in correct position, sidestand up, clutch pulled after ignition was turned on, bike in neutral and it wont start. The engine does not turn over at all, only a clicking noise somewhere by the battery, and a beep from somewhere under the seat.
