The bike fell over, the spotlight broke, the screen was scratched, the tail light was broken and the top box bracket was bent.
The insurance assessor found that the sub frame was bent, how he came to that conclusion is scary as the sub frame is clearly not bent, not even a scratch.
So therefore the code 3. A very sad story.
I have photos to proof that there was nothing wrong with the sub frame. The bike also went to Clearwater BMW who has done a full inspection on the bike after the repairs and they have issued a quality report on the bike.
All paper work and photos is available to support this.
