Seen 2013 Honda CRF250L Not starting

My CRF250L has been standing at Honda Tygerberg for 2 months now, not wanting to start. They say that they have swopped out everything worth the while to eliminate the issue, but are now looking for a set of clocks to switch out to see if the clocks are preventing the ECU sending a signal to tell the plug to spark.

A used CRF250L clock for sale, or a temp donor unit to eliminate the issue will be appreciated.
