3d buildings and lane assist on zumo 660

I've got a zumo 660 but i cant see the buildings in 3D and lane assist doesnt work on my device, what settings must i change to view the buildings in 3D and lane assist doenst work at all on my device and i tried all the settings, but cant seem to get it right :-\

Is that functions working only overseas or can i activate it in sa?
