3rd Party Insurance for 21 Year old Foreigner

Hello dear Forum,

you guys helped me out alot, it could be that im buying a Yamaha TTR 250 tomorrow, as i arrived in Stellenbosch a couple days ago
Now the most important thing, is something i always thought will be quite easy:

I need a 3rd Party insurance, but I am a 21 Year old german Student. I have a Students Visa,  and as we germans tend to do, i dont like riding without a 3rd Party Insurance.
Oparator sadly cant give me an insurance, since i am too young. and i looked around quite a bit but i can't find anything on foreigners.  :xxbah:

So my question: Does someone know a company that i can get my bike insured with?  Is riding without an 3rd Party Insurance an option?
