50 000km service westrand any advice?

Yo Chaps!

I am over paying BMW to service my bike and are at 50 000km. I can do oil changes, brake pads and filter changes my self but don't know where to get the parts from.
I also do not know what needs to be done at every service interval like valve clearances etc.
It is a 2012 model

1. can anyone let me know where on the west rand I can get service spares like filters etc.
2. who on the west rand can do the more technical stuff and reset the service interval light etc.
3 Any hints.
