650 Dakar in 30year anniversity colours?

My Dakar is in need of a bit of love and tender care, the plastics need repairing and a new paint.

Thinking while I am at it why not redo the bike in the 30year scheme, surely the Dakar deserve to be part of it.Even more so than the 800GS  >

Is this a stupid idea or must I do something different, any suggestions welcome?
