Have there been any posts on the 990 EFI fuel pump?
I ride a '08 990 S, with HP fuel pump finally packing up, after trip through Lesotho at Harrismith on 9 000 km.
Bought bike second hand with 4 700 km. Occationally, with low fuel (not on reserve yet) the motor didn't rev higher than 5 500.
Agents replaced the pump.The pump costs R 5K, and I would like to obtain a spare. Any similar experiences, at what km's, and suggestions!
