Dropped the bike into a deep river . Completely submerged for about 15 seconds. Got the water out of everything (about 8 hours) , flushed the oil twice , started the bike and rode home (350 KTM's) with a major miss on the engine. It's been at a reputable bike shop for three weeks now who have stripped the top end , gone through the entire electrical system, cleaning every terminal, new spark plugs, filters , coils , etc but still the misfire. The insurance guys are running out of patience and I want my bike back . The only thing we know is obviously faulty is the speedo unit,(dead dead dead), but that won't be here for a week or two . I was wondering if that could be my misfire ?
