Bike
KTM 950 Adventure S
Went and bought a big-boy fan from extreme machines in PMB (it's the one that KTM use on the plastic bikes) and fitted it.
It's a bit of a temp job for now to see if it works..... and i didn't try to make it fit all the way in, so it overlaps the edge of the radiator fins on the rt side.
I rigged it up with a manual switch (which it turns out is crap and has already broken... anyone know of a place i can get a good switch - looked at most places in hillcrest)

the crap switch - red, and my new 12v plug - very proud of it  ;D

Then i fired up the bike and ran till hot and switched on the fan - works well! probably about 1/2 the airflow of the Lt side one, but considering the lack of a cowl - i'm pretty chuffed!!!!

i also made this foam insert glued under the seat for my tire levers

And put on new chain and sprockets (luckily my old rivet tool fits this size chain too!!! :ricky:
