Hi All,
I am sure that this topic has been covered and debated more than once so I’ll beg for forgiveness in advance..
When riding a mixture of tar and off-road with tubed tyres and you get a puncture (something small such as a thorn, nail, etc.), can a product such as fug-it tyre sealant be used as an interim solution (pardon the pun) until such time as the tube can be replaced? If so, should one reduce speed for the duration of the journey and what speed would deemed to be “safe” when using such a product? Would there also be a need to reduce tyre pressure from the “normal” pressure and, if so, is there a “rule of thumb” to be followed here?
Thanks in advance for your advice and guidance in this matter
