I am planning a 4500km trip in 10 days on a KTM 950 in Namibia. Sleeping in a tent. There is no panniers on the bike. What should I look for in a back pack, ie size, make ect. Also do I put the pack on my back or fasten it to the bike. Suggestions on alternative, inexpencive packing options will also be appreciated - like the Karimore duffelbag for example.
I am totally new to this tipe of riding, usually only day trips on a plastic bike, so any help with what to pack will really be appreciated.
