Africa Twin - Front Rim & Battery

Morning all. I am looking for a front rim for my 92 Africa Twin.  I bought the bike this week know that the spokes are rusted.

The bike has been standing for a while, so the battery is also dead. Any idea what type I can get? (I dont even know where to find it on the bike  ??? )
