For our Cape tour in December my missus needed a new jacket , and this had us visit Moto mate s outlet store , in the process we both got new jackets , Riding orange :lol8: , they had jacket on special and I bought a LMS ADVENTURE JACKET . its a airflow one with , rain-liner and thermal . I have never used a airflow jacket but common sense say its great when riding in hot weather , now my question is this ; if it does start to rain then zip in the rain jacket to keep dry , but then one has to use the thermal as well , think the rain ,jacket could make you sweat .
Or is it false economy and better to use a proper rain-suit over the jacket and not get it wet? I want to ride as light as possible , but not keen to get soaked if that can be prevented .
