Anodiser in Cape Town

Hey folks

Got a small problem with corrosion on some of the fork components. Specifically the covers at the very top of the fork tubes. They seem to be made from aluminium and as the bike lives outside I'd like to get them anodised. First I'll need to get them off, so my first question to the ktm folks who have done this before: How do I go about removing these correctly? I want to avoid my usual ham-fisted approach of undoing anything that looks like a bolt.

And then second question is quite simply: does anyone know of a good anodiser in Cape Town?
