Anybody remember Traffic/ Pedestrian schools programme?

I'm working on a proposal that will incorporate the resurrection of the traffic/ pedestrian education programme we had in our schools way back when.

Can anybody point me in the direction of a person who can give me the documentation or any other kind of information on the programme?
