Anyone with a KLR650 Doohicky in RSA?

KLR650 Doohicky.
I want to replace the doohicky on a Feb 2007 model. The balancer chain is noisy and don't want to take chances. I did adjust it as per instructions found on KLR650.net website.
Anybody in South Africa with an aftermarket spare part available i can purchase or can it only be ordered from the USA?
