Armed robbery - f800gs spare keys taken

Our family was robbed at gunpoint last night at our home in Craighall. Fortunately no one was hurt, but the family is traumatised.  The robbery was over in 7-8 minutes and they netted about R60 000.  Among the items taken ( not by design) is the spare key to my f800gs.  Any advice on how to secure the bike again- I assume a complete replacement of the ignition system ?
