On Sunday morning I fired up the old Tenere and went for a 280km round trip with my mates.
This was my first ride since June having had a neck fusion and then a carple tunnel operation in the interim.
We did the usual, Harties breakfast, canals, Breedts nek pass route.
Neck and hand feel fine.
It was just sooo good to be riding with my mates again and a good few beers afterwards.
