I've been trawling the likes of Autotrader recently and noticed that a 2010 990 Adv with minimal extras sells for the same price as a 2010 SuperTen with full luggage, heated grips, traction control standard etc etc...
I realise these two particular bikes are appealing to different riding styles, but how can these bikes possibly ask the same price? Is it just the KTM brand? Legend tax? Is the KTM's suspension etc actually worth that extra cash? Is the Yamaha just made from cheap components and covering it up with bells & whistles?
I'm not trying to brand-bash here. I just feel like I'm missing something.
