I fitted Ctek quick connectors to my KTM Freeride 350 to charge and maintain the battery with a MXS 5.0 charger. A short while after switching the charger on the speedo cluster lights flashes and emits a brief "krrrrr" noise. This is repeated every 30 seconds or so. What is happening? Can the battery not be maintained without disconnecting it?
