Me and my battery woes.
Wanted to go for ride on Saturday. Pushed the starter and the bike took but then stalled. Pushed again and just click click from the solenoid. Checked and found battery at 13.3V. Charged it overnight and it stuck at 13.7V. Still only the click of the solenoid but wont turn engine. Took out starter motor thinking there is something wrong there but when I ran it direct to battery it did turn but not very entusiactically. Put it all back together.
When I used the jumper leads off the car battery then it starts immediately. Without jumpers it would again not start but voltage still at 13.7V
Surely 13.7V is enough juice to turn the starter; or not?
Any ideas?
