Baviaans in December - what is it like?

Will be in the area and thinking of taking the TW with so that me and the lighty can go two-up on a ride together through Baviaans and the Hel

So what is Baviaans like in December -

1. Dept of water crossings - I take it that it would be low given it is Summer?

2. Visitor numbers - swarming with people or is everyone at the beach?

3. Temperatures - I take it that it will be very hot?

4. Nice places to stay - was there many years ago and stayed at Uitspan
