Bench grinder + Vice WANTED:

Anyone have these in their way?

looking for a bench grinder for buffing and cleaning purposes, not sure how they work but need to be able to change pads etc and then a 3"+ "Tafel skroef" or vice if anyone can help.

Im in Roodepoort 80% of the time and my offices are in Randburg.
