While on the nice dual lane between Potch and Stilfontein I did a few roll ons in top gear and 5th. I have a nasty flat spot at 4500 in top, a bit better in 5th at same rpm. Once she slowly pulls past about 4900 the power is back and strong again. Would it help to move the carb needles to 3rd position for a bit more midrange?
Carbs where balanced a month ago and jetting is factory standard. I'm running standard zorsts with factory air filter and pre filter instead of snorkel.
Without blowing cash on a full dyno setup, what do you reckon would be the best jetting up here ?
