I bought my 4-year old a son a nice helmet from people who are emigrating to Australia. The boy was in his class and his dad used to drop him off at school with his bike sometimes.
I think my boy is a bit young to go on proper bike rides, but I want to start taking him on short rides in and around the estate we live in, where the speed limit is 30 km/h and traffic is very limited.
For this purpose I am thinking of buying him basic MX kit, like gloves, chest protector, knee protectors etc.
Where is the best place on JHB and/or PTA to buy stuff like this?
