Best Route Pretoria to Dundee

I am considering 2 routes and will be travelling alone.

First one is Delmas, Evander, Standerton, Volksrust, Newcastle, Dundee

Second one is JHB, Villiers, Vrede, Memel, Newcastle, Dundee

Does anyone have an idea of the current road conditions please?

Any unrest in those areas?

I am departing later today so any advise would be welcome  :thumleft:
