Beware of BMW GS Helmet

BEWARE of new BMW GS Helmet. Mine almost a year old. It fell once from a restaurant chair some time ago. Never had an off from the bike. Two months ago, when the helmet was really dusty, I noticed hairline cracks at the beak and back. Donford CT sent the helmet off to BMWSA to check and it took 5 weeks to get a decline for replacement. Just hope I will get my reject helmet back soon. Donford CT says it's like a cellphone...some phones will fall 99 times, and at the 100th time, the screen will crack. My luck is that it cracks with one fall. Carbon fibre se moer.
