Please be carefull around the Brakfontein bend in the N1. (That is the bend just before John Voster Centurion where the N1 and N14 join) Especially when going north and the road is wet.
I had a nasty high-side there yesterday evening at abou 22h00. I am ok, just some tar-burns. But lots of damage to my almost brand new F800GS.
The lanes have been moved and the old lines have been painted over so you cannot see them. But they are as slippery as SNOT and the hidden lines are in the middle of the lane.
Those old lines had those nobbly-type paint on them. Be carefull of them please.
