So yeah, it is on the exhaust. What can I do to get it away from it? The top heat shield by the saddle is too flimsy and narrow? The strap going down to passenger footpeg also rests with its plastic clip on the heat shield which will probably cause it to melt. I'd probably replace all the clips anyway.
Any ideas? Anyone else managed to mount this onto a x country or x challenge?
