I have to acknowledge these guys - I needed a new mounting plate for my topbox - and I am 1000km away from home. Phone them on Tuesday to be told, they are getting stock in later that day or the next day and will phone me when it arrives. Now we all know that - yeah right - I need to follow up the next day. Imagine my surprise when I get a phone call to say they have arrived and if I bring the bike - they will fit the plate as well. Get there and get the plate fitted - and the next big surprise was the price - "no charge".
