Bike hire in Cape Town next week, what can I get?

I am visiting the mother city next week.

I want to hire a bike for a day, to drive the scenic routes with SWAMBO.

Preferably a GS or VStromm, but I am open to any other makes.

Is there any vendors/rental agents on the board with a sensible price on a day's hire?
