Bike Riding- the right medicinal compound

This morning I suffered from acute humour failure, and as usual for many ailments, I used the bike as treatment. I realised that it took a mere 65 kilometers to heal my ailment and put a smile on the dial.

How many of you use the bike for this purpose and how much is your dosage?
