This is probably not the correct place to post this but I thought this may appeal to someone who has a bike for sale or is considering selling their bike. An easy way of getting an extra few grand out of the deal.
A very long shot I know, but maybe worth a try. Do any of the PE dogs have a bike that they would be willing to rent for a trip from PE to Hogsback? 3 days and no more than 250km a day. I have a friend who would like to fly in and join us for the trip but no one in PE does rentals. He is an experienced biker with an Africa Twin. Also he is an airline captain and is someone I would be happy to lend my own bike to. Something like R1000/day for a reasonable dual sport bike seems fair? Doesn't have to be anything fancy. DR650; KLR650 or something similar?
