I'm pretty proud of how bikety looks, and since she just celebrated her 35 000kms birthday, I thought I would share her new facelift with the wilddogs! O0
Lots of effort went into making her pretty again from a broken up/down, battered and bruised riding machine into a pretty awesome riding machine! Big thanks to Hondsekierie for all his help on the bikety project! :thumleft:
Taking her apart:
Cleaning her up and making her all sparkly:
Things I (we) did:
-> Sand down and respray the rusty and scraped bits
-> Powder coat the crash bars etc
-> New plastics (here are the old ones):
-> An amazing coat-it coat on my tank (I love this!) :biggrin:
-> A custom designed sticker kit (bandit signs did an awesome job I think)
-> New grips
-> New chain and sprockets
