Black 3m Reflective Tape

Hi Guys - anybody know where one can buy Black reflective 3M tape in CT - wanting some for my Panniers? Spoke to the 3M rep who seemed to think that it was no longer available as guys were using it on their plates to stuff speed cameras ? - any old stock knocking around anywhere?
