BMW 800GSA FRONT SAGGING

Please advice: My 800 GSA will be with Bmw on Monday seen as the front suspensions seems to be sagging.The light setting and the profile/level is definitely not correct.What can Is expect?9200 km on clock with lots of dirt  ;Dye Thanks!!!
