Bmw hard plastic pannier repair advice wanted

During the delivery of my bike from Jhb the transport company managed to chafe about a 10 Sq cm area of one of the panniers. At one point it is worn right through the outer skin.
Does anyone know of someone who can repair it. I am in Cape Town - deep south!
Any suggestions appreciated.
