I contacted Auto Alpina(Johan) on Monday regarding the shock failure. On Tuesday morning they collected my Bike in Witbank. Due to the fact that there workshop was booked with services they only worked on my Bike on Thursday. On Thursday afternoon Teresa contacted me and reported that they sent the warranty claim to BMW and will contact me as soon as they get a response. This moning I was contacted and told that the claim was excepted and that the new part will be at there workshop by next week Monday or Tuesday. :mwink:
I think this is excelent service from Auto Alpina and there Management can be proud of there Service centre workforce :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:
