The BMW Group has recently announced that they are realigning its BMW Motorrad business and they have signed a purchase agreement with Pierer Industrie AG, company owned by KTM CEO Mr Stefan Pierer, for the acquisition of Husqvarna Motorcycles. According to a recent BMW Group press release, the acquisition will proceed subject to approval by anti-trust authorities. Both companies have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. :imaposer:
