BMW Vario panniers

I have a set of these, that I'm thinking about selling. However, they are keyed to match my bike, so I'm not sure how this will work. If I sell them, can they be rekeyed at a BMW dealership? Anyone have an idea what that will cost, so I can factor it into my price?
