As luck would have it my lefthand side bottom subframe bolt fell out , then i realised the captive nut that is welded to the frame was stripped , on closer inspection i saw that the subframe bush is actually much bigger than the pathetic M8 bolt kawazaki used the bush is VERY close to a M10 . So i decided to fix the stripped nut by drilling it bigger and tapping it to a M10 size and got HT cap bolts , all in all i think that the boltfalling out was a blessing in disguise as i have now upgraded to the M10 HT bolts and used locktight and spring washer

Still need to paint the frame that got rusted due to acid leaking out the battery

Sub frame bush is 9.85mm

Huge gap between M8 bolt and the bush size

How i did it : Loosened both sides of sub frame and lifted it

Drilled the nut to a 8.5mm size

Tapped the thread to M10

Installed the M10 with locktight and Spring Washer

And now have mre peace of heart that i upgraded the M8 Subframe bolts to M10

Next to do the M10 top sub frame bolt upgrade
