Brake lights and indicators in the topbox

Is there a kit that can be purchased to install additional indicators and brake lights into your topbox , for increased visibility- I heard one gets bluetooth lights
that require no hardwiring to existing harness but have yet to see one

Or is there fairly straight way to buying the pieces and doing your own?

I've searched but not found any thread detailing the process
