BSA vs Norton

For those in the know.
I can get this BSA 650 Thunderbolt as is.
Apparently all the parts are on the shelf.
For R5000.00
or a
Norton 650SS complete except missing front mudguard
for R18000.00 ( Hasn't started in ten years)
Sorry no pic of it.
Which is the more valuable bike.
Mechanically I would not have a problem assembling the BSA
as long as I don't have to keep buying parts in the UK for it.
That would be expensive.
