I got caught in the mother of all storms on Wednesday while up in the mountains around Magoebaskloof. They don't have mud around there but this red sludge which had me on my ass 6 times in 8km's.

About 5km from the tar road there was a little hill of aroud 300m which took me 40 minutes to climb.

There was absolutely no traction and I ended up with a cloud of smoke from the clutch when I finally reached the top.

The clutch was slipping badly by then so I let things cool down for an hour. Clutch was perfect after that and I slided my way back to my sisters place.

This morning on my way back to Pretoria, I could feel the clutch starting to slip again the last 100km's while doing around 150km/h.Not seriously but enough to be aware of it and I could smell it when I stopped at my house.

I guess this means a new clutch????
