I know there are a few threads like this on the forum, hoping for the latest advice here though.
I have my eye on a 2018 African Twin DCT with 8000 and something km on, for sale through a Motorrad dealer very far from me. I have only ever sat on an AT, never ridden one, never mind a DCT. I'm not really keen to drive that distance for a test drive but realise it is risky. Pix, video, previous owner history all check out, spare keys, owner's manual, service history all there. Dealer will fit new tyres and pay for flight PE - Joburg and collect me there to dealership. Ride back.
Good idea or risky?
