Seems the word out there is that rehydration is almost a non neg on long trips. Guess you wouldn't realise your dehydrating whilst enjoyiing the ride. It is said that you stop being thirsty when your dehydrated..have heard something like that. And being dehydrated would probably cause you to loose focus on the road. So, what hydration backpacs come recommended? The camelbacks can be quite deer I've seen-about R600. Any alternatives? Or are camelback best quality? Tips welcome also.
