Cape Town to Kenya - Pls Help

I am an active member of the landcruser club and have organised with my brother to take our cruiser from CT to kenya and I want to follow on a KLR  :ricky:. I have done my planning but would like some feedback from other bikers.

We plan to do mozambique, malawi, tanzania, Kenya. distance 7000km and then ship both vehicles back to CT from Mombassa (in jan 09 - 30days).

So far these are my costs (I have all the camping kit and all my stuff will go in the cruiser so I can travel with nothing on the bike)

These are my costs in SA rand.

what other spares should I take?

The MX kit is to ride in when its too hot. bare in mind its mid summer through mozam and kenya so its gonna be hot. I only have my lerners so insurance is expensive but you need 3rd party to get into most of the countries.

Any feed back would be helpfull.
